Registration Xmas in Embrace

Xmas in Embrace will take place at the Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles-Sud, Chaussée de Mons 22, 1400 Nivelles, Belgium on 26, 27, 28 December 2026.

Please read the following points carefully and fill in the form below to register for this event.

• Registration is mandatory. It is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Time of registration is not a criterion for admission to the event.
• Couples (M/F) have priority.
• Registering as a couple means both partners must fill in a registration form, otherwise the registration will not be valid. If one partner cancels, the other will automatically be cancelled too.
• Singles are matched to achieve a balanced leader/follower level and otherwise placed on the waiting list.
• Registrations for the event are NOT automatically accepted! We reserve the right to select participants to ensure a balance of different countries, leaders and followers and to maintain the good vibe of dancing and fun.
• Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance of your registration. We do not send reminders. Your place may be lost and transferred to someone else if your payment is not received within 10 days. Payments before our notification of admission cannot be accepted.
• Cancellations must be sent to info@xmas-in-embrace.be
• Refund of 80% until 1 October 2026 - 50% until 30 November 2026 - No refund possible after this date for whatever reason.
